Q: Shipping Policy:

  • Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days and is based on current lead times and availability.
  • Choosing Express Saver, 2Day, or Overnight shipping DOES NOT move your order up in priority for production, it only reduces the transit time to you. Your order will queue, process then ship based on our current lead times and availability.
  • The day the order is placed DOES NOT count as a shipping day.
  • There is NO processing or shipping of orders during weekends and holidays. Orders placed during these times will be queued and/or processed the next business day.
  • Injen will ship anywhere in the Continental U.S. via FedEx with standard FedEx rates.
  • International orders will not show any shipping charges at the time of the order. We will contact you once we receive your order with the shipping charges and options, giving you the chance to either approve or cancel the order. All Customs and brokerage fees will be paid by the customer.
  • All shipments are sent via Direct Signature Required, no exceptions.

Q: Return Policy:

  • We will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. Shipping charges are not refundable in any case.
  • All returns must be complete and in new condition. ANY damages (mechanically or aesthetically) and/or ANY missing parts are subject to additional fees. 
  • All returns will be denied if a return authorization number (RMA) is not obtained BEFORE shipping the product back to Injen, or if the item has been used. Email orders@injen.com for return authorization.
  • The restocking fee applies to all returns. There are no exceptions to our 30 day return window. If you have any concerns about product application or are not sure about something, we strongly suggest contacting us BEFORE placing your order to avoid any problems or frustration on your part.
