SES exhaust systems, intercoolers and charge pipes that have been installed will not be eligible for return under any circumstances. Injen Technology offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship. Injen Technology will replace, at no charge, any Injen product considered by Injen Technology to be defective. Any and all warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part only, at Injen Technology’s discretion. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, damages caused from improper installation, nor does it cover the cost of installation or removal of the defective part or its replacement. WARRANTY COVERAGE IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP UNDER NORMAL INSTALLATION AND USAGE CONDITIONS. Use of this product in adverse environmental conditions, including but not limited to environments where high salt content is present, extreme heat or cold, high humidity, water intrusion, dusty and sandy environments may result in damage and will void all warranty claims. It is the responsibility of the user to assess suitability for their specific application and environment. All warranty items must be sent freight prepaid with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and copy of original invoice. Most exhaust and Intercooler system installations may require a lift and or specialized tools. Due to the installation complexity of automotive exhaust and Intercooler systems, Injen Technology recommends that a qualified technician perform the installation. Most local Tuner or exhaust and muffler shops offer professional installation.

• Special Finish Warranty: Exhaust tips and exhaust components finished with coatings (including but not limited to black ceramic coating, powder coating, or painted finishes) are covered under warranty for a period of six (6) months from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This coverage is limited strictly to defects in the coating itself (e.g., premature peeling, flaking, or bubbling) under normal usage conditions. Normal wear and tear, discoloration due to heat exposure, chemical damage, road debris, salt, or other environmental factors are not covered. After six (6) months from purchase, no warranty claims will be honored for coating or finish.

• Sound Policy:  Sound characteristics of the exhaust system is subjective and therefore not covered under warranty. Please do not return your Injen product solely because you are dissatisfied with the sound level. Exhaust tone and volume can vary depending on vehicle setup, driving conditions, and personal preference. If you wish to adjust the sound level, aftermarket solutions are available, such as silencers that can be purchased from your retailer or local performance shop to help quiet the system.

The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, damages caused from improper installation, nor does it cover the cost of installation or removal of the defective part or its replacement. Injen Technology will replace, at no charge, any Powertech electronic component considered by Injen Technology to be defective. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, damages caused from improper installation, nor does it cover the cost of installation or removal of the defective part or its replacement. Injen Technology will replace, at no charge, any Hydroshield considered by Injen Technology to be defective.
