TECHNICAL SUPPORT / CUSTOMER SERVICE

 

JOB SUMMARY

Injen Technology is a recognized leader in the automotive performance aftermarket with over two decades of proven manufacturing capabilities. We currently have opportunities for full-time employment for a skilled technical support representative (TSR).

The Technical Support Representative (TSR) is responsible for supporting all end-users with thorough and detailed support for Injen Technology’s entire product line. The Technical Support Representative also ensures a positive experience for our resellers and end-users during all interactions with Injen Technology.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strive to become an expert in all Injen Technology products
  • Ensuring all incidents, requests, and issues are resolved or triaged and then escalated to the correct teams for resolution as needed.
  • Respond to and resolve user support requests in both an office and warehouse environment.
  • Must exhibit outstanding follow-up and follow-through.
  • Fully resolve reseller and end-user questions ranging from general information, CARB decals, and technical support issues.
  • Respond to consumer emails and calls promptly and with a high degree of information and proper communication.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management to resolve design issues.
  • Manage incoming customer service calls and emails – including retail customers
  • Engage and facilitate walk-in customers with warranty and/or new purchases.
  • Conduct all aspects of customer maintenance as needed, including, but not limited to:
    • Answer incoming calls
    • Address Changes
    • Order Updates / Add-Ons
    • Order Tracking / ETA Requests
    • Missing Parts / Warranty Requests

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Must have a thorough understanding of MS Office and possess the ability to use MSOffice in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to read and speak English, communicate safety requirements necessary to maintain a safe work environment and ability to respond to questions from peers and the leadership.
  • Ability to read and understand all job tags.
  • Ability to identify obvious problems and communicate with leadership address the issue.
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
