Injen Technology offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all intake systems and air filters. Injen Technology will replace, at no charge, any intake pipe or air filter considered by Injen Technology to be defective. Any and all warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part only, at Injen Technology’s discretion. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, damages caused from improper installation, nor does it cover the cost of installation or removal of the defective part or its replacement. WARRANTY COVERAGE IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP UNDER NORMAL INSTALLATION AND USAGE CONDITIONS. Use of this product in adverse environmental conditions, including but not limited to environments where high salt content is present, extreme heat or cold, high humidity, water intrusion, dusty and sandy environments may result in damage and will void all warranty claims. It is the responsibility of the user to assess suitability for their specific application and environment. All warranty items must be sent freight prepaid with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and copy of original invoice.
