The all-new EVO9205 Evolution cold air intake system by Injen Technology is the next generation of performance intake systems for the 2015-2023 Ford Mustang with the 2.3L EcoBoost engine. Every EVO9205 cold air intake is made in the USA from cross linked high density polyethylene for extreme durability. The box has a forward facing ram air scoop to provide fresh, clean air to your engine. This intake system also includes stainless steel hardware and automotive grade urethane couplers. No cutting or drilling is required for an easy installation process that does not require aftermarket tuning for exceptional HORSEPOWER and TORQUE GAINS.
The EVO9205 was precisely tuned and tested on our in-house dyno to replicate stock fueling while increasing horsepower and torque. The EVO9205 system features our patent-pending twist-lock system that eases the installation process and securely mounts a massive SuperNano-Web dry air filter.
When it comes to durability, Injen’s Evolution series can’t be beat! Some of our competitors use an inferior HDPE linear polyethylene to mold their intake systems. HDPE is cheap for manufacturing but doesn’t come close to the strength and durability of XLPE polyethylene. Injen strictly uses the superior XLPE crosslinked polyethylene and has 20 times the environmental stress crack resistance of HDPE, 10 times the molecular weight of HDPE, and 5 times the impact and tensile strength of HDPE. In other words, Injen’s Evolution intake systems are built tough and designed to outlast the competition!
XLPE Roto-molded Housing:
The one-piece sealed housing on the EVO9205 utilizes the all-new Injen Twist-Lock System to securely attach the SuperNano-Web Dry air filter in place. The Twist-Lock system eliminates the use of unnecessary parts and gives you one of the simplest installations available. The EVO9205 housing also includes our Injen Clear-View badge for a cleaner, more aggressive under hood appearance.

XLPE Durable Rotomolded intake tube:
The EVO9205 Evolution Cold Air Intake System uses a custom designed and dyno-tuned intake tube to produce huge power gains while retaining an OE quality fit. This tube utilizes our patented MR Technology for accurate fuel trims for safe power improvements and no check engine lights.
SuperNano-Web Dry Air Filter:
'That’s massive!' is all you will hear about this SuperNano-Web Dry air filter that is included with the EVO9205 cold air intake system. Using the largest filter possible for this application has increased the available air volume, resulting in added power while keeping the installation process quick and simple.
