The EVO9202 Evolution cold air intake system by Injen Technology is the next generation of performance intake systems for the 2018-2023 Ford Mustang GT with the 5.0L engine. The EVO9202 was precisely tuned and tested on our in-house dyno to replicate stock fueling while increasing horsepower and torque. Injen has a smooth rotational molded induction tube for reduced restriction levels and premium hardware for easy installation. Roto-molded Housing:
The one-piece sealed housing utilizes the all-new Injen Twist-Lock System to securely attach the SuperNano-Web Dry air filter in place. The Twist-Lock system eliminates the use of unnecessary parts and gives you one of the simplest installations available. The EVO9202 housing also includes our Injen Clear-View badge for a cleaner, more aggressive under hood appearance.

Just wanted to amend my previous review after test driving the new CAI. Having known the throttle response and acceleration before the install, I must say I'm impressed with the way the car responds post install. Combined with a new catback exhaust, the performance is definitely noticeable. Anyone that states there is little to no difference between stock and aftermarket really is not in tune with their car. Another pro is the fitment, I am still amazed that no other company is able to produce a closed CAI oem replacement without having to cut or modify the engine cover.

I am no kid at age 76. I have been making and installing CAI's on my cars since my first Mustang back in 1989. This INJEN CAI is no Joke. The quality and design are top notch. The Air Box and Tubing are heavy wall with blended seems and no sharp edges (Impressive) . The Air Filter is well constructed and seems like a solid piece.
The included hardware is also quality and the parts fit. In fact the entire CAI assembly fits better than the Stock Air Box assembly. Just another great product from Holley.

I looked into the INJEN CAI two years ago but at the time this new for 2018 was in development. I also looked into JLT, Roush, Airaid, and others.
This CAI Model EVO 9202 fits my 2020 GT like a glove. In fact it actually fits better and looks better than the stock unit. it is made of quality thick walled tubing and the Air Box has blended seams with NO sharp edges. All of the fittings are top notch as is the hardware. This CAI has the best rated power increase without being tuned. It doesn't get any better. Also a shout out to Steven C/S for his help.
