The EVO8005 is specifically engineered for the 2007-2009 Dodge/RAM trucks with the 6.7L Cummins engine. Every EVO8005 cold air intake is made in the USA from cross linked high density polyethylene for extreme durability. They include stainless steel hardware and automotive grade urethane couplers. No cutting or drilling required for an easy installation process that does not require aftermarket tuning for exceptional HORSEPOWER and TORQUE GAINS.
The EVO8005 was precisely tuned and tested on our in-house dyno to replicate stock fueling while increasing horsepower and torque. The EVO8005 system features our 2-piece box design that incorporates our boost plenum, a massive 360 degree SuperNano-Web dry air filter, a smooth Rotomolded induction tube for reduced restriction levels, and premium hardware. Every Injen Evolution air induction system utilizes Injen’s proprietary SuperNano-Web dry air filters. The Evolution induction systems utilize some of the largest filters on the market employing super deep filter pleats, with some measuring over 1.25”deep! This particular intake kit also features our SHUR-LOCK mounting system on the air filter to ensure a non-slip seal. Warranty
Injen Technology offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship on all intake systems, air filters, and hydroshields. Injen Technology will replace, at no charge, any intake pipe, air filter, or hydroshield considered by Injen Technology to be defective. Any and all warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part only, at Injen Technology’s discretion. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, damages caused from improper installation, nor does it cover the cost of installation or removal of the defective part or its replacement. All warranty items must be sent freight prepaid with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and copy of original invoice.

Comments: I have owned several Dodge Cummins over the years. For each one, I have taken the time to ensure that they run their best. Generally, the first item added to my trucks is a cold air intake. No idea why I waited on this one. I have purchased my fair share of them previously. Never and I mean never, have I been so impressed by one until now. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this unit. On top of that, you can't go wrong with the company. My entire experience from the purchase, shipping notifications, and receipt of the unit was second to none. The unit arrived as expected, and the first thing I noticed was that the company actually decals its shipping boxes using vinyl company logos. Opened the box and everything packed with precision. Removed the contents and inspected each piece. The first thing you will notice is the quality of construction. All components are extremely heavy duty. All of the hardware is stainless and on each of the clamps, the company has stamped their name. The filter is extremely stout and fills the box completely. Installation was a breeze.
The end result. 45 minutes of installation and I took the truck for a drive. Throttle response was out of this world. Eager to find out if there is any fuel mileage difference. You can actually hear the difference. The intake has a nice GROWL to it.
